As an example, once in Fallout 4 I searched for a safe I knew was in a particular building for several hours with several different characters, and never found it. sometimes hints are necessary because with Beth's games, you are often uncertain as to whether you missed something, or if the game has glitched and altered something beyond salvage. Like (for instance) going to see a movie after someone has told you the ending is just not as much fun, if you see what I mean. So first, a spoiler is not something one uses, it's something one avoids if one would like to enjoy not knowing what happens next or what is waiting a given spot.
